Mileage pricing: first 50 miles at $2.50/mile; miles over 50 at $3.00/mile. Load That Wagon may set future long-distance tiers, but the mileage rate will not exceed $5.00/mile.
Loads over $3,000 and all motor-vehicle transport are routed to Commercial Haul drivers.

Standard load securement is always included at no extra charge. The driver is responsible for carrying and using the normal straps/tie-downs needed to safely secure the load.
Special securement: If this load requires a special securement method beyond normal driver tie-down equipment, the customer must be present at pickup and provide the specific tie-downs, hardware, and reasonable assistance needed for that special process. Standard load securement remains the driver's responsibility and is never an extra customer charge.
Same-day / after-hours service
Same-day requests during normal business hours have no automatic after-hours charge. Pickup before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM may include an after-hours surcharge shown in your estimate before booking.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel a booked load, a 30% cancellation fee applies. You receive a 70% refund. The entire 30% cancellation fee goes to the driver for their reserved time, travel, and fuel. Load That Wagon does not keep any portion of the cancellation fee.

Document integrity & driving-record authorization
Fraudulent documents: All licenses, insurance records, registrations, tax forms, certificates, and other documents submitted to Load That Wagon must be authentic, current, accurate, and belong to the applicant where applicable. Altered, forged, stolen, falsified, misleading, or fraudulently obtained documents may result in immediate rejection or suspension/termination of driver access, withholding of approval while the matter is reviewed, and referral to the appropriate insurer, regulator, or law-enforcement authority when warranted.
The live platform should use a compliant screening process and provide any disclosures, authorizations, notices, and dispute rights required by applicable law before using a consumer report or MVR to make an eligibility decision.
Prototype note: file uploads are simulated locally in this demo. The live Load That Wagon site will use secure document storage and an approval workflow before a driver can take loads.

Current distance rule: the first 50 miles are $2.50 per mile, each mile after 50 is $3.00 per mile, and no mileage tier may exceed $5.00 per mile.
Current completed-load split: 80% to the driver / 20% to Load That Wagon. Change the platform fee above at any time; the driver share is calculated automatically.
Current rule: customer receives 70% back and the driver receives 100% of the 30% cancellation fee. Load That Wagon keeps $0 of that cancellation fee.
